Minum !!!!

Went to medical records first thing in the morning (at 9am).

In order to get access to patient's medical records, you need permission from the higher authorities.

Only 4 people in the hospital can give the authority.

3 pergi kursus

1 pergi minum

Sounds familiar?

Kept visiting the place every hour and the person in charge only came back at 12.30pm!

3.5 hours of tea time.

And we are talking about a world class hospital here!!!!

After getting approval, you go into medical records and they tell you to find your own files!!!

And you can't bring the files out of the room.

And there is no place for you to sit!!!

Sat on a stool for 4 solid hours and reading the patient's tickets and taking down relevant data on my lap.


What a shit....
